Warranty and Returns


Warranty and ReturnsShop Kami guarantees all products* bought from us with a 12-months manufacturer warranty against defects in quality.
All products dispatched from Shop Kami are checked for quality, including checks of the appearance of the goods, the function of the hardware and software, the packaging, and inclusion of applicable accessories and power adapters.

China mobile phones does not come with CE cert. please check with your local customs if there are any special regulation to import mobile/cellphones.

When does the 12 month warranty start?

The warranty period begins from the receipt of the goods by the initial consignee. In the case of resellers, this is when the vendor receives the goods from Shop Kami.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Software, including the operating system and software added to the products through our factory-integration system, third-party software, or the reloading of software.
  • Problems that result from:
External causes such as accident, abuse, misuse, or problems with electrical power
Servicing not authorized by Shop Kami
Usage that is not in accordance with product instructions
Failure to follow the product instructions or failure to perform preventive maintenance
Problems caused by using accessories, parts, or components not supplied by Shop Kami
Products with missing or altered Service Tags or serial numbers
Products for which Shop Kami has not received payment

Who pays for shipping cost for return items?

The cost of shipping a return item back to us would be borne by the customer. The expense of shipping replacement items and parts back to customers is borne by Shop Kami.

Can Shop Kami refund the customer's return shipping costs?

If items received are not as described, not working properly or wrong item shipped, we will be able to offer a refund of the original item cost on submission of a valid return shipping receipt, however the total amount we refund for these will not more then what we charge for the order and shipping cost is not refundable.

You can request refund if :

- Totally the wrong item shipped.
- Wrong color ONLY IF the customer specified a colour choice in the order form or comments prior to the order.

Returns NOT offered to customers?

- Customer simply changed his/her mind.
- Refuse to pay customs taxes/duties.
- Wrong standard/spec./item ordered.

Return process

You must contact us directly before you attempt to return Product. You must return Product to us in their original or equivalent packaging. You are responsible for risk of loss, shipping and handling fees for returning or exchanging Product. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with order number and detail of the problem, we will try to solve the problem via email, if we can not resolve the problem via email we will issue a return slip, print out the return slip and follow the instruction to return the item to us. When we received the return item we will check/test it to confirm the problem and send back to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.
If you fail to follow the return or exchange instructions and policies provided by Shop Kami, Shop Kami is not responsible whatsoever for Product that is lost, damaged, modified or otherwise processed for disposal or resale. At Shop Kami's discretion, credit for partial returns may be less than invoice or individual component prices due to bundled or promotional pricing.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it ), we will issue a Return Slip for you to include with your return. You must return the products to us in their original or equivalent packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk if the product is lost or damaged in shipment. We will return the repaired or replacement products to you. We will pay to ship the repaired or replaced products to you if your return is qualify for warranty. Otherwise, we will ship the product to you freight collect.

If we determine that the problem is not covered under this warranty, we will notify you and inform you of service alternatives that are available to you on a fee basis.

Situations in which a full refund NOT offered on returned goods?

-Items are returned to us without a properly completed returns slip.
-Items are return to us without contact us.
-Items return to us are not faulty.
-Items return not with original content or missing part.
-Items returm and found that customer flash the original firmware.

Cancel an order

The unpaid order or pending order will automatic cancel after certain period, so you no need to contact us to cancel order if you not yet paid it, we advise new customer try place an order to test our order flow and find out the total amount.

We can accept cancel for paid order in 1 business day, if you pay via Paypal, full refund will issue through Paypal system and if you pay via credit card or bank transfer or any other payment method we can only issue refund via discount coupon, or direct refund through Moneybookers system after deduct all processing fees.

Restocking fees on cancelled orders?

For order in status "Processing" there are no restocking fee. For "Shipped" status we will charge a 30% total amount of restocking fees and refund only when we confirm receipt the return item back to us, all shipping cost and send back to us cost is not refundable.

Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and any applicable restocking fees.
