Payment Schedule and calculation on commission:
The calculation of commissions payable to you is at the sole discretion of Shop Kami and subject to change without prior notice.
Affiliate commissions will be calculated:
Level 1 sales - Someone clicks through your affiliate link to ShopKami.com, and your affiliate cookie is correctly set on their browser, and within the cookie period (45 days) that person places an order and pays for the order, and the order is successfully delivered, your affiliate account will be credited 6% of the total products value of the order. The shipping fee of the order is not included in the commission calculation.
Level 2 sales - Someone clicks through your affiliate link to ShopKami.com, and your affiliate cookie is correctly set on their browser, and within the cookie period (45 days) that person successfully signs up as a Shop Kami Affiliate, and that 2nd tier affiliate successfully refers a sale as described above, your affiliate account will be credited 1% of the total products value of the order.
Level 3-4 sales - Someone clicks through your affiliate link to ShopKami.com, and your affiliate cookie is correctly set on their browser, and within the cookie period (45 days) that person successfully signs up as a Shop Kami Affiliate, and that 2nd tier affiliate successfully refers a sale as described above, your affiliate account will be credited 1% of the total products value of the order.
Payment of commission:
- Commissions payout day is on end of next month, example Jun 2008 commission will pay on 31st July 2008.
- The minimum commission payout is USD 50.00 , example: if you have USD 55.00 in commissions you will be paid the full USD 55.00 for the payout day and if you have USD 49.00 in commissions you have to wait untill your commissions go over or USD 50.00 before you get pay.
- All payment is paid through Paypal or Moneybookers or store credit, to the payment option you specified during signup.
- Unclaimed payments over 90 days old will not be paid.
Some important notes:
- Cookie duration is 45 days.
- If the customer clicks through another Shop Kami Affiliate's link, the cookie will be overwritten with their ID.
- If for whatever reason our online affiliate system did not credit a particular order to your affiliate ID we cannot and will not credit it to your account manually.
- Commissions shown as credited to you from completed orders may be withdrawn if the order in question changes status due to payment issues such as a credit card chargeback or Paypal reversal or item returns.
- Ordering goods for yourself or your dropship customers through your own affiliate link is allowed.
- All refunded, return, cancellation, chargeback, paypal recersal, paypal holding payment, no payment received (bank transfer, wire transfer, virtual money transfer, moneybookers and etc) order will subtract from your commission without prior notice.
Promote Shop Kami:
We disclaim all liability for the media content created or published by you in the course of your activities promoting Shop Kami products or services, and for any statements made by you in this regard. Further, you will indemnify and hold us harmless from all claims, damages, and expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys' fees) relating to the development, operation, maintenance, and contents of your affiliate promotion activities.
These promoting activities are acceptable:
- Promote Shop Kami's products and services through your own dedicated websites or ebooks.
- Promote Shop Kami's products and services through your own existing websites on related consumer electronics products and service.
- Promote Shop Kami's products and services through third party websites such as forum, blog, classified ads and articles where your involvement is explicitly permitted by the owners.
- Promote Shop Kami's products and services through email to people who have explicitly agreed to receive messages from you.
- Promote Shop Kami's products and services through online ads.
- Promote Shop Kami's products and services through offline media/ads.
- Promote Shop Kami's products and services through unsolicited emailing (spam).
- Promote Shop Kami's products and services spam posting on other people's websites including blogs and forums.
- Promote Shop Kami's products and services any media associated with spamming, viruses, spyware, or adware.
- Promote Shop Kami's products and services any adult-oriented (sexually explicit) media.
- Promote Shop Kami's products and services any media which contains content that in Shop Kami's sole judgment is defamatory or harassing to Shop Kami or any third party.
SPAM Compliance Statement:
ALL affiliates are strictly prohibited from sending any email
marketing messages including SPAM or UCE (Unsolicited Commercial
Email). Shop Kami takes spamming very seriously and failure to abide by
this rule will result in the termination of your Shop Kami affiliate
