Feedback on the good assistance of ShopKami. I leave on the other side of China in France. I bought a phone and I received it two weeks after. Unfortunately few days after it broke down. After explaining what happened and the state of my phone, Shokami send me a return slip. I send my phone and three weeks after a new phone comes back. I can tell that the ShopKami after-sales service is better than most of the french after-sales services online stores.
